Terms of Service

If you register at Tanzil.us for Online Classes, you will agree the following Terms of Service and Conditions:

• After completion of free trial classes, you will have to decide whether or not to continue with the regular classes at Tanzil.us
• If you agreed to continue, you will have to pay the fee within the due date – monthly fees are payable in advance.
• Tanzil.us reserves the right to stop the classes if the payment is over-due without any excuse.
• If you want to stop the services, you are requested to inform us through email/message/call in advance.
• If you want to cancel a class, you are requested to inform us 2 hours earlier to avail the makeup class.
• In case you need to stop the classes for a short span of time and intend to continue with the same teacher at the same schedule in future, then we will charge the full fee per student for reservation of the slots.
• If students miss any class without prior notice (except in case of emergency), absent will be marked and no makeup class will be arranged. Make up classes can be scheduled with the same teacher or alternate teacher upon availability of required time.
• Tanzil.us reserves the right to cancel the classes if any student remains absent for more than two weeks without prior notice and no refund will be made as per our Terms of service.
• ever share your contact information like phone number, Email, address, credit card information to any teacher. Tanzil.us will not be responsible for misuse of these information.
• Tanzil.us reserves the right to change teacher anytime if needed for quality teaching purposes.
• We will provide new teacher if your teacher resigns or terminated.
• Parents/Students will not stay in touch with any individuals, and do not share your contact details and payment information with teachers in that case Tanzil.us will not be responsible for any damage or loss.
• Tanzil.us fee of the students could be varied according to our policies of that time and terms of service.
• The Eid Holidays are paid leaves for the teachers. No makeup class/refund will be provided.
• Tanzil.us may revise its Terms of Service & Conditions at any point of time and those would be added and updated on our website as well.
• These Terms of service and conditions are applicable on all students.
